Will we be charged when our trial is up?

No. We don’t ask for your credit card up front, so you’ll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. If you want to continue after your trial, we’ll ask for payment details.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. When you choose the annual payment plan, you get two months free. You only pay for 10 months.

Can we cancel at any time?

Our plans come with a quarterly contract. You can cancel anytime within your contract period to avoid auto-quarterly renewal.. However, you will be required to stay with us until the end of the quarter you initiate your cancellation.

What type of support is available?

All our users (trial and paid) have access to our knowledge base, in-app chat and email support. We pay special attention to onboarding and training to help you get started quickly for both prospecting and closing deals. All our users also have access to phone support and a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help you all along.

What happens if I hit my profiles added limit?

BuzzBoard’s pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business, so we suggest that you purchase a plan that will fit your level of use. This means purchasing enough profiles to match your prospecting needs. So while we don’t charge ‘overage fees’ as such, if you expect your prospecting needs to grow over time, you’ll need to upgrade to a higher plan to match that growth as it occurs.

How do I switch to a different plan?

You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to the subscription section within the application and select the plan you’d like to switch to.
