We have introduced HomeAdvisor signals in BuzzBoard to help users detect and view details of businesses in the Home & Trade services sector that are a part of the HomeAdvisor marketplace.

Enhancements To The Category Filter – Select All & Clear All

Business Category tops the list of go-to signals in the process of segmenting SMBs. BuzzBoard’s proprietary technology is unparalleled in identifying sub-categories for small businesses. This is particularly useful when segmenting SMBs down to a specific product level and tailoring marketing messages and sales engagement.

To help users maximize their use of the Category Filter, we’ve introduced a “Select All & Clear All” option. This will make it easier for users to search for desired categories and “Select All” results (the various sub-categories) without having to go through the effort of selecting them individually. Depending on how broad users would like to go in segmenting for categories, they can search and then ‘Select All’ to include them in their SMB segmentation filters.

Similarly, if you have already selected categories but are no longer interested in applying those filters, you can use the “Clear All” button to clear your selection and start over.

Request Contacts For Departments

Using our Contacts concierge service users will now be able to request contact information for specific departments such as sales, marketing etc. and also solicit custom requests, if necessary.
