BuzzBoard is proud to announce that it has been named a winner of the second annual Accelerator Pitch Program at NAA mediaXchange 2015, the largest annual gathering of media industry executives in North America, hosted by the Newspaper Association of America (NAA).
BuzzBoard will be one of seven startup companies chosen from 30 finalists to pitch media, advertising and digital leaders on Tuesday, March 17, in Nashville during NAA mediaXchange 2015. Entries were judged on innovation, usefulness to newspaper media companies and creativity.
BuzzBoard’s powerful platform has changed the relationship between sales professional and their small and medium business prospects and customers—streamlining the sales process using data to ignite conversations, drive shorter sales cycles, and increased conversions. BuzzBoard is a single source for planning, tracking, research, competitive analysis, and proposal generation, all backed by solid data and market intelligence. Sellers understand their prospects, know what to recommend, and why—and do so confidently.
“We were very impressed by BuzzBoard’s SaaS-based sales and customer engagement platform because it has the potential to become a powerful tool for the promising future of the media industry,” said Caroline Little, NAA president and CEO. “The newspaper industry has transformed thanks in large part to newspaper media companies partnering with creative solutions to better serve readers, consumers and advertisers.”
